Privacy policy.

1) Scope

This policy applies to information we collect:

  • On the Site (including forms and cookies),

  • Through our newsletter (Squarespace Email Campaigns), and

  • When you book a meeting (Calendly).

It does not cover information processed solely under a services agreement/SOW with a client; those engagements may include a separate data processing addendum.

2) Information we collect

a) You give us

  • Contact and identifiers: name, email, company, role, website/LinkedIn, phone (optional).

  • Booking details: preferred time, meeting context, notes.

  • Newsletter preferences: your opt-in/opt-out status and engagement (opens/clicks).

  • Messages: information you send via contact forms or email.

b) Collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, time on page, referrer/UTM parameters.

  • Cookies and similar tech: session IDs, analytics and performance data. See Cookies & Tracking below.

c) From third parties

  • Scheduling metadata from Calendly (meeting times, invitee name/email).

  • Analytics (aggregated/limited identifiers) from Google Analytics (or comparable provider).

  • Publicly available information (e.g., your company website or LinkedIn).

Sensitive personal information: We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information via the Site. Please do not submit it through forms.

3) How we use information

  • Provide the Site and services (scheduling, responding to inquiries, sending newsletters).

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site (analytics, debugging, load balancing).

  • Communications and marketing (with your consent where required).

  • Security and fraud prevention (detecting/preventing misuse).

  • Legal compliance (record-keeping, responding to lawful requests).

Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

  • Consent (e.g., marketing emails, non-essential cookies).

  • Contract (to deliver a booked call or respond to your request).

  • Legitimate interests (e.g., Site security, product improvement).

  • Legal obligation (where applicable).

4) Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information with:

  • Service providers (processors):

    • Squarespace, Inc. – site hosting, forms, Email Campaigns.

    • Calendly, LLC – meeting scheduling and confirmations.

    • Analytics provider (e.g., Google LLC) – aggregated website metrics.

    • Optional integrations you choose (e.g., Google Drive or Zapier for form storage).

  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality.

  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale).

  • Legal and safety (to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and property).

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. We also do not knowingly “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our use of analytics/ads changes, we will update this policy and provide required opt-outs.

5) Cookies & tracking

We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies (security, basic site functions).

  • Analytics cookies (under consent/opt-out where required).

Your choices

  • Manage cookies through your browser settings.

  • Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required and technically feasible, we treat GPC as an opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser.

  • You can opt out of non-essential analytics cookies via the Site’s cookie banner (if enabled).

6) Data retention

  • Contact & form submissions: up to 24 months after last interaction, unless we need them longer for legal reasons.

  • Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe; evidence of consent may be retained as required by law.

  • Calendly bookings: meeting metadata retained up to 24 months.

  • Analytics data: per provider defaults (typically 14–26 months), aggregated.

We may de-identify and retain data for statistical purposes.

7) Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access and port your data,

  • Correct inaccurate data,

  • Delete your data,

  • Restrict or object to processing,

  • Withdraw consent (e.g., marketing) without affecting prior processing,

  • Opt-out of sale/sharing (where applicable under U.S. state laws).
